Image Interferences, 2011

The exhibition shows a prominent cross section of Ottmar Hörl's oeuvre. Five of his students from the Academy of Fine Arts in Nuremberg (Gabriel Bethlen, Sarah Erath, Maria Gleu, Urban Hüter, Michael Roggon) will be commenting, altering and counteracting their teacher's works by targeted interventions, thus triggering a process of keen "Image Interference" that will affect the exhibition as a whole.
